Method to the FS Madness
Recently, there was a thread on this list discussing use of control plus JAWS key (insert) plus g.
It seems that the command performs two functions. This seemed to me like a blatant inconsistency.

If I had a lot of customized files, I'd copy them first to another folder
somewhere on my hard drive. Then, once I had JAWS reinstalled and Excel was
working, I'd try copying them back. I don't know

You should have a folder list, and in that list Inbox. If you arrow to inbox
and press f6, what happens?

install of the latest version of JFW 12, and it did the same thing as the
previous version of 12 with regards to not reading in
