ok did you download the j-12 version and reinstall it, or did you do the auto upgrade?
if the former I would go get a new file, if the latter of the two, go get the actual file remove your current

Yes they own a separate licence from mine.
So if I can get them to purchase me 13, I can install them on the desktop
and my personal laptop correct but just remove what I have on the laptop?

using a provided copy,

to remove any prior versions, and in fact since this is still beta, I would
keep older versions active so you can shut

Hi: I am using Jaws 10 with Windows xp pro on a laptop and installed a bluetooth to use the earpiece. Jaws doesn't seem to like blue tooth, the laptop freezes etc. Has anyone had experience with this
