In XP there is not a, pin to start menu, option in the context menu. At
least I have never seen that option on my computers. Also, not everybody
has a, start menu, option in their, Send

When I talked to FS about this message, the cause was a higher version of Internet Explorer than the version of JAWS on the computer could support. the solution was to go from JAWS 9 to JAWS 12.
