I found the reason I am not showing the pin to start menu option. It is
because I am running the Classic Start Menu. It does show if I run the XP
Start
Menu. Take care.

Hamm, most of us running XP have it switched over to classic view for the start menu and don't get this, I'm wondering if it was something that is attached to the "new" view of the menu's

I also use Chase with no problem. But I mainly use it for reviewing statements. As to the other poster's comment, you shouldn't have to pay any monthly fee.
