Do you have JAWS 12 or JAWS 13? Virtual Ribbon was introduced with JAWS 12.

To select files that are not listed next to each other in a folder, set
cursor on the first file you want to select. Then press the Ctrl key and use

I think you can do it this way.
Press insert+6 to open the setting center.
Press Control+Shift+D for the default configuration file all applications.
Do a search for virtual ribbon. .

Only way I know is to open the print dialog and see what defaults come up.
For example, Current page is the print default, but if you change it to All
pages you should be able to see the range.

It occurs to me that perhaps it would be better to replace the entire phrase "Re: [Bulk]" with nothing. Not only would that be even less likely to appear in an email, notwithstanding that it just did
