Ted,
For me, on my Dell laptop with Windows 7 32-bit it means that sporadically
JAWS 13 takes a long deep breath of silence after closing an Outlook 2007
message, or editing a calendar appointment.

No, my bad. The punctuation between the cells is colon, not underline. So you would type b5:b10 and would work gorgeously.
