My guess is that you've accidentally flipped the sort on the Received column. You can sort your messages based on any one of the column headers (e.g., Subject, From, etc.) The default is using

If you are using Microsoft 365, press your alt key, tab to view, press space bar, arrow down to arrange by and you will see your options there.
It helps if you had said what e-mail client you are

Firstly, scrips are not required for WebEx. You need to understand the screen layout which is a big Barrier for some uses.

Reinstall the program, or uninstall it. Deleting the folder would just give you a different error.

Hi maybe disable Jaws and try using narrator and see if that works.
Or set jaws to not start up like you have it now.
Then reload your computer and bring up narrator and try it that

I finally convinced a group I’m in to switch to Zoom, because although WebEx was very rudementally accessible, Zoom is far better. I was able to get logged in and hear and talk to other meeting
