I Found a work around, glad you mentioned this though.
If you type your signature in something like notepad, it may work in Microsoft Word, check it is all o.k.

I can, in fact, edit in the box. For example, I needed to update a small item in the signature I use for this list. I navigated to the box and made the tweak right there. JAWS read everything

Bill, you are far more trusting of that process than I am.
It is just such a pain to not be able to confirm independently that everything is deleted and then that the new stuff pasted in correctly

That's what everyone is saying, Robin. You should be able to edit the signature field while you are in it. You shouldn't need to format the signature in Word, the email body, or somewhere else. The

When I hit Alt M in a message, it takes me to the list of possible “From” addresses I have. In my office context, I can send email as myself or from one of several shared email account.
