Blank tables in Outlook365
Hi, I get most of my emails sent to me in the HTML format. When I open an email up, there are usually at least two blank tables which all get read by JAWS.
I probably should know this but I don’t

Beta 2 Observation
Beta 2 seems to be working much better than beta 1.
The only thing I've noticed is that when opening Outlook when in the in-box, Jaws says ,:" 0 items.
This happens no matter how many messages there

Re: Office/Outlook spell check question
Documents can be multilingual. So the dictionary and speech output can change within each document. So, first go into your Outlook/Word settings and make sure your default language is US/Canadian. But

Re: Office/Outlook spell check question
Madison,
I think what you want is under Options. Alt F, then t to open the options dialog. Arrow down to the language group then tab to a combo box that lists language options.

Office/Outlook spell check question
Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is something that can just be fixed for Outlook, or if it
has to be done for all Office programs. I don't even know if it can be fixed
period, but I hope that it can.

Thanks, Brian. I suppose that makes sense if they want to be able to place a link to one of the company news stories directly on an email. It’s a new approach to me and leaves some JAWS verbal

Like all X-Key+Y-Key commands, the presses must be together. That being said, you can press X-Key, keep it held, and hit Y-Key, and that will execute the action.
That's the whole purpose of the plus

PermaLinks are normally used in circumstances, like online forums, or comments sections in newspapers (or elsewhere), that it would be otherwise impossible to get to that particular bit of content

Hi, David. You can also press ALT plus SPACE, followed by X, and this will
maximize the Chrome Window if it is already open.

That gets you into full screen mode, which is very different than a standard maximized window. It's also a toggle, so if you've gone full screen and want to get back to normal you hit F11 again.
