Madison, I think what you want is under Options. Alt F, then t to open the options dialog. Arrow down to the language group then tab to a combo box that lists language options.

- That gets you into full screen mode, which is very different than a standard maximized window. It's also a toggle, so if you've gone full screen and want to get back to normal you hit F11 again.
