Were I you, I would call the folks at Microsoft Windows & Office Accessibility Support on (800) 936-5900 and have them take a look.

If you are using Jaws 18, instead of 2018, that could be the problem.
I just tested with Jaws 2018, outlook 2016, Windows 10 and insert+a works as always.

Pressing insert plus a is how I usually get to the attachments. That is not working now which is why I asked if there was another way to get to attachments. Pressing shift tab is not working

In Outlook, while in the message, pressing insert+a puts the focus on the attachments, then alt+down arrow lets you decide if you want to open, save, etc.

Are you working with outlook? I haven’t followed this but, I am using Jaws 20 along with Windows 10 and Outlook 19.. If that is what you are, hit enter to read the message, and press alt f for

I opened the message. I then pressed shift tab but had to do that several times until I heard anything about attachments …… Jaws said “attachments button, to activate press the space bar”. I

Once you’re in the message that has the attachment (s), just shift + tab and that will take you to the attachment. Hope this helps!

Another hack I do is to select all the text in Word and do a control x to cut it. Then, from the context menu, select Paste with text only.

Now that NVDA is reinstalled, I find that I can't use first letter navigation in Favorites manager. It's much faster to use the search feature to limit what shows up in the right side pane.

I was refering to the Edge favorites folder. Previously with theIE folder on the desktop it was much easier to acces a saved link.

I’ve found schedule view to be the most accessible. Everything else is accessible enough. There’s a create event button or whatever it’s called as well.
