JAWS with Kaspersky Total Security package...
I simply have no interfacing capacity with this entir-everything software
package. My techie feels it is the best; but, we did not expect this
problem to arise.

in windows 7, 8, and 8.1, if one of the items on the taskbar is the focus, then if you press alt+enter, a properties dialog opens, and on the taskbar page, there's a notification area

will be shown on your TaskBar. Once there, use the left/right arrows to see

it is doing a fresh install. But after a few minutes, you should see the
repair option. I don't know why this was
