Re: Back Sate View In Word
Andre, I believe Brian is asking about a feature in the file menu of previous versions of MS Word. If you pressed alt-f and arrowed up, you'd encounter the last five or so documents you'd worked on

On my machine after hitting Control-O. I hit shift-tab to go to a list view
of everything in my Documents folder. Then just arrow up and down or use

Back Sate View In Word
In Microsoft of old, 2003 and such, the open dialog allowed you to move
to a list view of all your documents.
Can we in2010 versions of word, get something similar from that open back
stage view

Right about that blasted Vista - yuck! It has been enough to make me cling to XP way longer than I should have.
Best to you from,
Carolyn

That totally depends on who you ask. LOLVista was also a bad one.

Re: Just curious -- what happened to Windows 9?
So was Vista.
Here's what I've found out using a simple web search.
There are a few possible reasons why they didn't go with Windows 9 as the
name. One possible reason is that 9 is considered bad luck

Simple branding. Windows 9 would have been the next in line, but MS just
decided to name it Windows 10 to highlight a large jump forward or
something.
