On my machine after hitting Control-O. I hit shift-tab to go to a list view of everything in my Documents folder. Then just arrow up and down or use one letter navigation. Hope this helps. Andre

In Microsoft of old, 2003 and such, the open dialog allowed you to move to a list view of all your documents. Can we in2010 versions of word, get something similar from that open back stage view
