Mike,
A couple points... First the "D" is only relevant for PDF documents. Second,
there are two other letters - S for screen and C for Control (i.e. button,
label, etc.).

Stan, I think you mean placemarker, right? I find pressing 1 for heading at level 1, then one or two presses of n for skip links serves the same purpose of getting to the start of an article. However,

Adrian and all: The best help I have found is to set a bookmark for the text that says, "share this page". In an article I hit K then n once or twice and the article begins. This does not work in

I too miss the print feature. However, I have just gotten used to using my
navigation keys to quickly get around articles. I generally use the 1 key
