I think that it is a graphics issue. I have used both IE11 and Firefoxand the changes made last year, have been worse for screen reader users.

You don't say whether or not Jaws used to read the titles, but I'm
assuming it did. I wonder if this is a graphics reading issue.

I'm not seeing the unlabeled buttons in Firefox 41.0.1, but I installed some sort of add-on that returned Firefox to a classic look, whatever that means. I haven't noticed any problems at work though.

Hi, Robert. Instead of using F6 to get back to the main document, try CONTROL plus F6. This should take you back to the main document on the first press of the key combination.
