Re: Where Do Zoom Meeting Recordings Go?
Zoom meeting recordings are .M4A files which can be played by Windows Media Player or VLC Media Player. I don't know if there is a plugin for Winamp to play this file type.

Adrian:
The three file types are m4A, M3U, and MP4.
I'll have to go back and check winamp to see if those file types are
associated with Winamp.

Ann:
Well, there are several files here.
The extensions are m4A, M3U, and MP4.
None of them play through Winamp.
I haven't yet tried taking them out of the Zoom folder and playing them

Hi, Tom.
Winamp has been around for a long time. Not so Zoom. If you determine the file extension for a Zoom recording, you can associate it with Winamp.

If Zoom can be configured to ignore the soundcard JAWS is on, that's what you'd want to do. You would need a separate interface, like a USB soundcard maybe (I don't know if a Bluetooth headset alone

Ann:
I actually found the recordings where you suggested they would be.
Interestingly, though, they don't seem to be recognized by winamp, which I
use as my default audio and video player.

Good point.
Maybe Muting is the best choice for that situation.
As I said, I'm in exactly the same place as Shai.
I'm trying to figure out how to show some videos myself in some ham radio teaching

Problem is Shai wants to share audio and not just video. That means JAWS can't be on the same output as allt he other audio, and Zoom has to know the difference.

Not positive on this but, I think you would need to have JAWS running through a separate soundcard/interface. You can probably buy a cheap USB one for this purpose. Not quite sure if Zoom will
