Not easily anymore: although you can pause updates for up to five weeks, you can't delay feature updates for up to a year from Settings (this used to be case with Version 1909/November 2019

There's nothing to check. Updates are no longer an option in Windows 10. That is, you can't say you don't want them. The best you can cd is pause them for seven days.

No not exactly but, since she couldn't get to the control panel there's a link that'll open up control panel options to change the date and time by tabbing to them.

It's up to 78.0.2, and it's real broke even on JAWS 2020. Doesn't work any better with NVDA or Narrator, so I'm not all-fired sure it's a JAWS problem.

That might be because Control Panel is set to category view, not small or large icons. To find out, tab around Control Panel until you arrive at the search box, then press Tab to see what JAWS
