That may be true under some conditions. But I use Windows XP, and I cannot copy the files listed in the zip file with Control plus C. Instead, I must use a copy to folder option found in the edit

If you press enter on a zipped file, copy the contents, & paste them into a
folder of the same name somewhere else, it'll work just as you had unzipped
the file.

Usually pressing enter on a file unzips it. If you want to save the unzipped version, you have to save it.

Don't be embarrassed. Navigate to the file. Press applications key. Down
arrow to extract to, and follow the prompts. I don't do this a lot, but I
think that is correct. Good luck!

OK. Totally embarrassed here. I thought I knew how to do this in Windows 7, but today at least I'm stumped.
