We have Outlook, and the laptop is new from the university where I am a faculty member. So, I think it is all Office 365 based, they just aren’t making us work all on line in office yet.

What is your old computer a desktop?
Reason I ask because it sounds like you’re using the key combinations for a desktop not a laptop.

Black Board is very accessible. I prefer canvas as it is easier to
navigate but Black Board works nicely. I used it in 2007-2008 and it
was a mess. It is nice to see it has improved.

David, all you need to do is select the entry and press alt+d to delete. then spacebar on the yes button to acknowledge that you want to do this, and then press control+s to save the change or press

No worries. Mike B. Posted a way to access that setting using the file properties dialog of the file type of interest. Don't spend any more time on this.
