Just use the custom label option in jaws. insert plus the number to then scroll down to custom labels while focuses on the control you want to label then you label it and repeat as needed.

If the form is a fillable PDF, then you can fill it out in most PDF readers. If it's not, you can't.
Even converted over into MS-Word will not make it a fillable form, per se, though it would make it

The only thing that I can suggest would be for you to ask them to send the form in a Microsoft Word file instead of a PDF file. I have done that with places before, and they were gracious enough

I don't think the hot key works unless you set things up in settings. that wasn't always the case, but seems to be with later versions of windows.

I don’t have a mike hooked up to my computer though, so it wouldn’t help anyway. It seemed good when I used it before, though/would really help me with writing papers and things/would help someone

When you are in the email text field and press Shift + Tab once, your screenreader will say "Email" or maybe "Email Index". If you activate this button you can arrow down and select "email 2" and

Because Outlook is perverse in the way it stores contacts.
For the Google Contacts that I just Synced to Outlook, all appear in Address Book but none appear in Contacts. And don't ask me to explain

I put in the email address. I’ve only ever used contacts, I’ve never used the address book, so why would it be in address book when I’ve never used it?

I believe you have to create a separate contact for each Outlook e-mail
address.
At least this is what I do, and it seems to work fine. For any additional

It expects you to enter the e-mail address, e.g., blah@.... If you don't know what the other e-mail address was, either search your e-mail for a message from that person to snag

The button ahead of the e-mail address is a split button where the first entry is just, "Email." If you want subsequent addresses gain focus on the split part of that split button,
