I got it here in Australia. it cost about $4500 Australian. It's a 40 cell display with a braille keyboard. I'm still working out how to use it so cant tell you anything else at this point.

What Onelook.com does, is it tries to access lots of different dictionary resources at once and assumes you will arrow through things.
It is not a straight-up dictionary.

It will give a few definitions, then there is a more button, which then shows I believe 18 or 19 definitions

Sorry, Don is correct. The key stroke is control shift E.
Control Shift N is used to set up new folders in Windows 10 file explorer.
