Windows Key is the same as the start menu key. It's typically the second key to the right of the spacebar. I press that key, then hit the up arrow once to maximize the open window. So, yes, Chrome

On any Windows based system I've every touched the Windows Key is on the lowest row of keys, on the left, and very often the third key in (after a CTRL and FN key).

I believe he has a laptop, not a desktop, so no tower to deal with.
It sounds like an overheating issue to me.
Laptops need air flow underneath them as most of the benting is on the bottom.

Have you messed with the grouping feature somehow? You might want to go into the arrange by submenu and choose what you want from there. Hope this helps.

How long has it been since you’ve done basic maintanednce on your PC? I’m not a computer guru by any means, but they do need cleaned every now and again, I guess/the vents on the tower need

This isn't a strange issue to me. I had an old Laptop that was about 3
years old and it would run for awhile and then overheat and shut off.
How old is your laptop?

JAWS has always announced the song title and artist for me. I run JAWS through my internal sound card and my Windows sounds and music through my Sound Blaster Live card to my stereo.

Z and b to move back and forth through tracks in a playlist will work, regardless of whether you are in the playlist editor or not. But JAWS won’t automatically announce track titles when invoking
