I need to get an exception for any software installation. The time keeping system we use is Kronos. We use Workday for HR and that presents it’s own challenges, but I have to access it much less

It very definitely is accessible. It's main weakness though is that it doesn't deal well with JavaScript coded menus, but I can live with that for now, as i also have chrome to fall back

If CONTROL plus W doesn't close out the browser, it means that the browser has locked up, and as you said, your only option is to close out all tasks under Google Chrome.

Hi. I would highly recommend Opera as well. It is my favorite browser because the built-in ad blocker keeps ads to a minimum.
