I'm encountering a very strange sound card issue with trying to switch JAWS to an internal card.
Hi.
I have no idea what’s going on. Yesterday I purchased a Yeti USB mic. It has a built in sound card, so I can route other sounds to it. I thought it would be nice to listen to music through

I have the same problem. I have tried lining up the links and still do not have any success. I have the same problem with buttons. Would love to learn a way around this.
Take care!

Hi, Phil. Have you tried JAWS key plus ESCAPE to refresh the screen, not the page? This often resolves these kinds of problems, where you press a link, and the page doesn't seem to change at all.

That’s very strange.
I wonder if JAWS is reading bits of some non-standard window that’s being overlaid somehow. It sounds like a *part* of something rather than full/legible words.

What is "eb dessi"
I am running the latest JAWS on Windows 7 and lately, I have noticed that JAWS is saying "eb dessi" in seemingly random places. here is a sample from my speech history as I was searching Facebook.

Who knows.
Maybe you should go over to his place with the drive and poke around on his system, see what you can figure out.
