Re: Question About Excel
Maybe.
1. In Excel, go to advanced options: alt-f, then t, then a.
2. Tab to "allow editing directly in cells" and be sure it is not checked.
Good luck!

Do Google Calendar Notifications work with JAWS?
Dear Listers:
Whenever I create an event using Google Calendar I have been setting notifications but none of them ever turn on, such as if I set a notification to happen two days before the event.

I have had some of that myself. Try using that control home after you hit the key to edit the cell. It seems to go back to the beginning of the cell and you could then arrow to the right.

Addison,
I just realized it’s actually Control shift period for increasing font size. Likewise, it’s control shift , for decreasing it.

Addison,
If you want any document you create as a blank document to have 16-point font size all the time, you need to edit your Normal.dotm file, change it there, then save it.
