I have used it on the iPhone, and for what I used it for, it was accessible. The app seems pretty straight forward, at least as far as audio is concerned.

Thanks, Patrick. To use my Windows laptop, will I need to download something or will it just work in Google Chrome?

Re: Question About Excel
In addition to unchecking the "edit in cell" option, another thing I have
done is uncheck the option for "auto completion." The combination of these
two things has resulted in a resolution for me.

Which part of Office 365 are you experiencing more crashes?
I primarily use Outlook and Word, and some Excel, and have noticed some crashes, but I'm not sure it is more than with 2020.
