i found the same thing. Apparently, at least at this time, Firefox is the browser of choice when working with JAWS and Paypal.

When I am in Word and press insert+v to bring up the quick settings.
Then write typ (without the e on the end) and down arrow, to Typing echos, if I set it to characters, it doesn't read the

Jaws 2021 and word2016
Trying to figure out if this problem is a word setting or jaws setting issue. I will say the issue does not happen when using another screen reader so I assume it is a Jaws issue.
