Glenn, what's the name of that group you started a few months ago?
Stay safe and take care. Mike.

If it was saying something like file not found, be sure they used http:// and if it is a secure site, https:// and as Glen said, some sites don’t use the www. Just the http:// or https:// part.

Mike,
Did they include the http:// part?
Not all web sites use the WWW part though.

Run Dialogue & Websites
Hi All,
I ran into a strange problem on a friend's Windows 7 Home computer. When you type a URL into the Run Dialogue nothing happens! I checked to make sure a browser was selected as the default

I am running the 2 year SMA and have the problem. And yes you can stop from having Jaws in the system tray but that is not a solution to a bug.

I'll give that a try. If it gets in my way I could maybe put it on another desktop or something.

No, I'm using the old sma method. I have had this going on for a while, but I never thought to look around and find out if it is in the sys-tray when it happens.

Hi, Chris. Are you, by chance, using the new $90 per subscription to JAWS instead of using a 2-year SMA? If so, this is part of the problem. The new licensing scheme is causing problems for JAWS
