Cynthia, That will require that you have a separate sound card for JAWS, so you can plug in headphones to hear JAWS without your meeting participants hearing JAWS. You can get a USB sound adaptor

Have you gone into the Settings of Zoom and opened the Audio Settings? You may have Auto Gain Control on and this may be causing recording volumes to be on the low side.
