in addition to my previous post:
compacting applies not only to POP accounts but also to IMAP accounts as
it expunges (removes) the deleted mail from the server.

try looking in the control panel in sounds.
see what sound device the computer is useing.
then check your screen readers sound device it is useing. they may not be the same.
normaly they will say use

Thank you CathyAnne Also have you ever hear of the following. I was looking at a recipe and said something like 1/2 cup flour. NVDA echos that line as1 slash 2 cuban pesos flour.

1. Call Microsoft Accessibility support: 800-936-5900
2. Install the Fall Creator edition 1709 and make sure you have the latest JAWS build which ends in 42 which is on the

You can probably have Dell add the SSD and install windows on it with the 2TB as a second drive. Probably cost more but would save you the trouble.

Carol, I had a system with 8 GB of RAM, and now have one with 16. I see a major speed increase with loading of Office Programs. It makes my 8 GB system seem almost slow. Good luck.
