I’m the one who posted about this problem yesterday, and it is continuing.
I’m not sure if it’s a Jaws issue or a Microsoft issue, but it is very disruptive to say the least.

I know. And I was practically yelling at them on the phone the other day for making their site so inaccessible.

Dear Elaine:
Someone subscribed to the list yesterday suggested I go to where the Submit button is then, without hitting the arrow key, arrow up and then hit the Enter key. I haven’t tried it

OT ChromeBook
I am sorry to post this question, but is there anyone on this list that uses a ChromeBook? I need someone that can help me with some general instructions. It is easy enough to open and use web pages,

Re: 2018 with a 250 G hardrive?
Hi!
I have only 32 gig of space on a small HP laptop, an SSD drive.
I have Windows 10 Fall Creators, JAWS, NVDA, Google Chrome browser, and many more programs, and all of that only takes up 16 gigs.

Re: 2018 with a 250 G hardrive?
The hard drive is beyond big enough. The accessibility software doesn't take that much space.
The Windows operating system takes significantly more space than Jaws.
And 6 GB of RAM should be enough

Re: Word 2010 Save Document Keystroke Not Working
I would call Microsoft Accessibility, get them connected to your computer and show them.
I am almost sure this I s something they can figure out.

Re: Word 2010 Save Document Keystroke Not Working
Hi Sieghard,
Yes, I have! From the sound of things, it sounds like the files are just closing without being saved anywhere! I don't understand why I don't get the save dialogue to name the file

Re: Word 2010 Save Document Keystroke Not Working
Have you done Alt+Tab or Jaws Key+F10 to see if Jaws looses focus and the Save As Window is just hidden?
