What type of functionality are you looking for?
Off the top of my head this is the only way, is this on a LAN?

Right, I’m set up with JAWS Remote Access and Tandem Direct, but as I stated, I’m not looking for RDP-type functionality.

Well, yes Jaws supports RDP, but you will need to license Jaws to support that!

I want to see if anyone on list has any suggested fixes before I contact FS.
If not, I will definitely contact them directly about the issue, since it has persisted for quite some

Are you saying that now, in Jaws 2018, convenient OCR is accessed differently?
Does the insert space bar, followed by O and then D still work?
Just trying to clarify things

The OCR result is displayed in the virtual viewer, if you want to save it you have to select all, copy, open a text editor or Word processor of your choice and paste, then save as usual.

Well, one awesome improvement with Jaws 2018 is the fact that you can now do OCR on any image file, not just on PDF files opened in Acrobat Reader any more. All you have to do is bring up your context
