They told me to use Image for linux. I cant get linux to run on my xps8900 dell computer.

Your warning is quite timely. That being said, the Avast install option is not on a separate screen or pop-up but is at the bottom of the very first screen of the CCleaner install

Although support for Microsoft Edge in JAWS has improved, you may still find it best to change the default browser. I would recommend installing Google Chrome or Firefox and switching the default

I am still using Outlook 2010, so my suggestion may not help.
Try the keyboard shortcuts instead of the tab key. Most of those field and options do have a shortcut. For example,
