Hello: You have to download a sounds.exe from Microsoft to make this work. I like the sounds that it uses, it just gives you confermation as to what you are doing. Have a good day.

Easy to get this a little messed up. Select your synthesizer under "Select a Voice Profile". Then under "Voice Adjustments" choose the type of voice you want . Several tabs or down arrows later

These sounds are enabled by turning on the Office Sounds. In Word, go to the File menu, then options. When the dialog opens, arrow down to the Ease of Access options, then tab over to where all the
