There are people reporting sound issues. I would reinstall the old drivers, which should be available from Dell and/or the maker of your sound card.

Works just fine here. Windows 10 build 17134.286, JAWS 2018.1808.10. Mind you, mine *was* broken, too, but a recent Windows update from build 228 to 286 fixed it.
