Re: Moving Emails to Folders in Outlook 2016
Hi,
It is much easier to just press ctrl + y to move a piece of email and select
the folder where you wish to move it. Thanks.

Re: Excel 2016 Crashes Around Row 24/25 After Pulling Data from a Query
It appears to be with Jaws only. I opened Narrator and performed the same steps, and while Excel did not crash, Narrator kept saying there were only 25 rows in the table. It also said I was on row

Excel 2016 Crashes Around Row 24/25 After Pulling Data from a Query
Good afternoon,
I have an excel report that get its data from a query to a database. I open the Excel file and login to our accounting program and a query pulls the resulting data into Excel.

You can just press Control+Shift+V when you are in the inbox and on the message you want to move, your list of folders comes up, find the one you want and press enter... done.

Re: JAWS 2018 announces webpage URL for page you're leaving. Why?
The latest from VFO Technical Support: Okay I will ask about this. I don’t know if there is any way to stop this from happening at this time.
Let's hope they can make it stop happening

Re: need help with Convenient OCR
Sieghard, Thanks so much for the information about Convenient OCR. I have tried to use this for PDFs, but was given the wrong key sequence to make this work. I had been told to use W instead of D.

Hi Shirley,
It’s a good idea to know how to use it, it’s a feature I use almost daily if I get inaccessible PDF files, now in Jaws 2018 Jaws OCR can also do OCR on other image files like jpg

Re: need help with Convenient OCR
This method only works for a PDF. Shirley said somebody emailed her a picture of some text so it is quite likely that this would be a jpg (JPEG) file in which case you have to go through Windows
