i forgot to say
I also forgot to say that on these types of windows,
I cannot f6 or shift f6 either, nothing happens when I do;
Usually if I f6 or shift f6, it will switch between the content window and the address

Hi Don,
You will occasionally hear Outlook Express spoken because WLM and Outlook Express share some same files / scripts in Jaws.
