Jaws 2019 dowload trouble
Hello group:
Vispero f/k/n FS says that my Avast anti-virus program is interfering with my attempt to download, and run the 2019 Jaws, and they recommend removing/uninstalling it.

it should be noted that the version of Firefox Steve talks about is the
Extended Support Release (ESR) version and not the regular Quantum
version which is at 63.0.1.

Just checked my settings and they are as suggested and behavior persists. This has been true through all 3 beta versions as well as final release. Has anyone reported to Vispero?

I’m using Jaws 2019, Windows 10 home 1809, I have Office 365.
In Outlook, following your steps with the settings, the reading behavior does not change.
