Hi Jim,
I've run Surface Pros with Jaws for several years. The newer Surface Pro keyboard is much easier to use than were the older models. Starting with Surface Pro 4, the keyboard is much easier

Not yet, but I will.
Currently, I’m dealing with a major problem with Outlook on the new Windows 10 computer.
Have been on the phone almost constantly with the Microsoft Accessibility

Re: Thunderbird always crashing!Hi!
After installing Thunderbird you have to add a Email account rather it be Gmail, Comcast or what ever. The settings for the account are different for each. Port numbers and such must be set

Re: Thunderbird always crashing!Hi!
Thunderbird always crashes for me as well. I'm running the latest 60
3 or something like that as I just installed it again today to see if it would work any better. It's crashed 5 times in the past

Re: Drag and drop
Angie,
I have never seen a "drag and drop" mechanism to add multiple entries to contacts, though I won't swear that some e-mail client might not have that.
It's far more

Hello David:
I just found a button in the trouble-shooting section under the help menu called "verify integrity". I wonder if that might help you.

Re: Thunderbird always crashing!Hi!
Chris,
Thanks for verifying that you are unable to reproduce the issue I reported in my previous message. In some ways that actually makes me feel hopeful that I might be able to determine the cause

Hello.
I use Thunderbird with JAWS. Could you please be more specific when you say that Thunderbird crashes. Could you give us a precise list of steps which causes the problem? When you say it

Have you installed this little application? From what another person posted who has a Del it seems to fix the problem.

Re: OCR and JPG files
This only applies to Jaws 2018 and Jaws 2019, in Jaws 18 and earlier OCR was only possible on PDF files and from inside Acrobat Reader.
OK, I do admit that I don't know if the feature to recognize

Thunderbird is not an email provider. It's an email client. Your email provider is Gmail.
So, when does it crash? After you perform a specific Thunderbird task or function? When it's retrieving
