I have a similar problem with 2019. In fact the automatic startup was
so unreliable that I've returned to 2018.

I save them in other bookmarks, then to find the latest one, I hit alt-b and start up arrowing.

I allow them to save in the usual location, except that I create a folder called General, and put everything under that. If I want subfolders, I put them under General. This way, if there are other

Windows Defender works well as does WebRoot although the WebRoot interface does not always cooperate.

I also have a start up problem. Jaws sometimes fails to come on and I have to use N.V.D.A. to get to the Jaws Icon and open it. But, this doesn't always happen. Most of the time, Jaws comes on just
