I don’t think Features coming soon will be found in the retail version of Office since it is not updated constantly as Office 365 is. If you have the subscription version and sign up for Office

What OS are you using? If it's Windows 10 then the built-in Quick Assist is both accessible and reliable.
You can just screen share or allow your assistant full control. It does not include audio,

It's up to the various apps to support it. i'm sure that Lyre might look into it if you contact them. Also it probably works well on a phone, since it has a mobile version. I only use web-based RSS

I may give it a spin, but briefly checking, it doesn’t' seem to work with iOS RSS apps. This for me would be a deal breaker since I also use Lire on my iPhone.
