Re: OneNote/Evernote/Google Keep accessibility?
I haven't used OneNote in a while, but I believe accessibility isn't too bad now with Jaws 2019. I never did have much luck with Evernote and I haven't tried the Google solution.

Marianne,
Make sure the e-mail is configured as IMAP in Outlook, not POP. Given the way Gmail works, there might be other factors involved, too. It would be useful to know what shows up

I just visited the link in your message and was able to view all answers to the FAQs by just Entering on the question links and hitting the Down Arrow. I am running JAWS 18, Firefox and Windows 7.

I can't figure out how to access the answers on this site with JAWS , either. But there is probably nothing you can do about it because FCC Chairman Ajit Pai has demonstrated by his words

I am trying to read a question and answer page on the Federal Communications (FCC) Web site using Jaws 2019. I can't get it to work. I click on a question and then can’t locate the answer. One time

Unfortunently, I don’t currently know the latest portable hard drive modles out there. I would advise you to get a nice tarribite hard drive or higher if you can. As for a new laptop

Frankly, I wouldn't worry about it. You can usually get more authorizations without difficulty, and I don't think you can turn one back in. If you think you need more authorizations check
