I bought a license to the retail version Office 2016 on eBay. Maybe older licenses still exist. The seller sent me the license key in an email and it worked to activate my office. I really hope

I use an older version of Office than you do, for the same reasons.
My Jaws 2019 has challenges with spreadsheets.
So what works for me is to have Jaws 16 installed, and I unload the newer

I too don’t understand what Alice’s problem is. When I download something it goes straight into my downloads folder. If incomplete, I hear …part. Which tells me the file is not completely

When I use F6 to go to downloads bar and open the downloaded file it always stays in the downloads folder. But I use Google Chrome so I don't know if that's different for other browsers.

What is the JAWS keystroke for changing keyboard echo on the fly? I thought it was INSERT plus W, but when I invoke that keystroke, it takes me to Windows commands.
