Hi, Albert. If you're not signed into a zoom account, update zoom in the following manner,
1. Start Zoom.
2. Access the System Tray with WINDOWS Key plus B.
3. Find the Zoom icon in the System

You might try putting the shortcut for JAWS 2020 into the Startup folder by copyint its shortcut from the desktop into the Startup folder in the following manner,

If a cited participant wanted to raise or lower their own hand, they would go to the more area. Under more they have the opportunity to raise or lower their hand and I believe the options are

This is supposed to be fixed with the next update.
Focus seems to be changing if you have downloaded the latest zoom update.
If you have try closing the participants window with the toggle, Alt Plus
