Hi: I'm using Windows 10 with Jaws. When I try to read in the properties
page (with only certain files) the date a file was modified or created, it is blank, although jaws will tell me the access date, size etc. Is there any way to read or get access to those dates? Thanks.

In the cases of some, like I confirmed for Behringer, they are actually using a CAPTCHA implementation that includes accessibility options in its default state. Someone at the organization had to make a decision to disable those features. Any organization using an inaccessible CAPTCHA, by which I mean no alternative for an audio challenge or a "check this box if you're not a robot" option, needs to be told that's unacceptable. It also helps to use the angle that you're losing potential customers by doing so as well. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not. ~ André Gide

You have 3 choices, 1. Ask someone sighted to help you if they are there with you; 2. Use the free service of Be My Eyes with a smart phone that has a camera; 3. The paid services of Aira, again with the use of a smart phone with a camera.

Don, I am at a loss. I just tried changing multiple types of settings in the calendar view and cannot replicate the issue you are having. I think this is a case where some sighted assistance to see if there is something odd with your layout would be smart. – whether that is taking advantage of the AIRA’s free JAWS help, Microsoft Accessibility, or Vispero. I’m using the day view and I always tab through each event on that day. For example, I know that I have four meetings tomorrow but when I tab, I get the first two and then get that over flow. Then it starts to try and look at the next day. It’s really quite a problem since I cannot see all my meetings and I almost missed one this morning.

Values in non-computed cells are directly editable after hitting F2 when focus is on those cells with the above noted checkbox checked. The cursor is put to the rightmost side of the cell and you can backspace out the content one character at a time. If I have that checkbox UNchecked, if I try to edit a cell by hitting F2, focus is thrown to the formula box and the editing takes place there. And that's whether the cell content is an actual formula or is text, a number with no formula, etc. Any and all editing takes place in the formula box. The default is that the checkbox is checked. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not. ~ André Gide
