Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has managed to use the Netflix player with Jaws on
any web browser?
I would love the ability to pause rewind and fast forward through the movie
and perhaps even read subtitles. If there is any way to do this I would love
to know!
Thanks,

Hi All,

This may be off topic, but, I would like to upload music tracks to

have listened to all the options and links on the youtube home page
but nothing seems to jump out regarding creating a youtube site and
uploading tracks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Brian

Hello list:

After upgrading from XP to Windows 7, I discovered intuit no longer supports Quicken 2007 on the W7 platform. I downloaded Quicken 2013 which has proven to be an accessibility disaster. Can anyone point me to scripts for Quicken 2013 and/or an accessible money management application where I can track bank and credit card accounts, lines of credit, mortgages and mutual fund accounts.

Hello,
Cash Manager is one that is particularly accessible. I've downloaded an earlier version about a year ago, but never used it. I do believe however that one of the developers is on this list and can tell you more about it.
Thank you,

Freedom Scientific Announces Departure of Jonathan Mosen

(St. Petersburg, Florida - May 1, 2013) - Freedom Scientific today
announced
that Jonathan Mosen has resigned his position as Vice President of
Blindness
Hardware Product Management for the company to pursue other opportunities.

"Jonathan has been a valuable contributor to the rollout of our blindness
hardware products over the last seven years, particularly our new line of
Focus
Blue wireless Braille displays," said Brad Davis, Vice President of
Hardware
Product Management for Freedom Scientific. "Jonathan has been the voice of
Freedom Scientific in our monthly podcasts to our customers, covering the
many features of our blindness and low vision products, interviewing
third-party
developers whose products work with JAWSR and MAGicR, and drawing out the
personal success stories of our most inspiring users. We will miss his
insight,
always positive attitude, and great customer rapport. We are thankful that
he has agreed to continue to produce the FSCast as we transition this
responsibility
to other staff."

Mosen, who lives in Wellington, New Zealand, has been involved with
blindness-related issues since the late 1980s and has been in the access
technology
field since 1999. He worked with the Association of Blind Citizens of New
Zealand and the American Council of the Blind. One of his most significant
contributions
to blindness in New Zealand was his work to reform the Royal New Zealand
Foundation for the Blind's constitutional framework to become the
Foundation
of
the Blind.

hi everyone,

On one of my computers, I have NVDA, which is a screen reader. I also have Jaws demo on it. This is a refirbished computer with Windows 7. Can’t afford to upgrade from home jaws to professional jaws on this certain computer. Can anyone tell me what free screen reader I can download besides NVDA reader? I just don’t care for this reader.

thank u much,
