You can do this in your email account settings:
This opens the Account Settings dialog.
This opens the settings dialog for the selected email account
Close Outlook backstage and you’re done! The text you specified will now appear in the From field when you send email.

Re: How To Turn Auto-Numbering And Lettering Off In Outlook 2016
CathyAnne Murtha <cathy@...>
1. Open Outlook backstage (ALT-F) 2. Navigate the list of options with UP and DOWN ARROW and activate "Options" (T)
This opens the Outlook Options dialog. Within the dialog:
This opens the "Editor Options" dialog
This opens the Autocorrect dialog.
This dialog contains several property sheets. Navigate among the property sheets with CTRL-TAB and CTRL-SHIFT-TAB. The “Autoformat as you Type” property sheet is the third property sheet so you should only have to press this command twice.
You can make sure you're on the right property sheet by using SHIFT-TAB until focus is on the property sheet tab. You want to make sure focus is on "Autoformat as you Type." There is also an "Autoformat" property sheet but it isn't the same.
when focused in the “Autoformat as you Type” property sheet, navigate among the options with TAB and SHIFT-TAB. Locate the following two options:
These are checkboxes. Toggle the checkboxes on and off with SPACEBAR.
Activate the OK button to save the changes and close the dialog.
This returns focus to the Editor options dialog. Activate the "OK" button to save the changes and close the dialog. Repeat the OK button activation for the Settings dialog and you’re done!
They buried it a bit, didn’t’ they?

Hi Everyone,
I am having a lot of trouble making this fillable PDF accessible. (Both attached and at this link: https://www.portlandoregon.gov/oni/article/661427 )
I’ve added tooltips to the form fields, tagged the text, and adjusted the reading But when I run the accessibility checker, it does show *something *is off. it asks me to “caption” an “image” and it’s referring to all of page one!
I’m wondering if I tagged something incorrectly or the file size is somehow beyond the capacity of JAWs (which seems unlikely).
Do you have any ideas about what went wrong or how to make it right?
Also, we are hoping to find a company who can create accessible documents and forms so that we know they are accessible the first time, every time. Does anyone have any suggestions for companies that do good work?
We would especially love to use an organization that prioritizes the lived experience of people who need/use assistive technology and one located in or near Portland, Oregon. But we’re open to any suggestions.

Re: What is the trick with multiple attachments in outlook 2010?
Sieghard Weitzel <sieghard@...>
Hi Debbie,
Maybe this is different in Office/Outlook 2010, but in the current 2016 version pressing first Alt when focus is on an attachment and then down arrow does what you say, however, it puts you into the “actions” and I have to arrow to the right to get to things like quick print, Save As, Save all attachments etc. If I use Alt+Down Arrow as a single key combination as in pressing and holding Alt then pressing the down arrow, it opens into more of a context menu and I can down arrow to get to all these options, also doing it this way Jaws doesnot speak all the ribbon shortcuts. Like I said it could be different between these two versions of Office.

I could be completely off here, but whoever is having problems getting the alt + down arrow to work, make sure you are pressing alt and then down arrow. I found myself lacking a few things for my contribution to Thanks Giving. I thought I would order from Instacart and have the missing items delivered to me at work so I had them when I go home. What an ordeal! The web page was only navigable with the tab key. None of the quick nav keys worked. It kept edititing the search field when I tried. I couldn’t seam to get the buffer to come back. I tried it with Chrome, IE, and Jaws 18 and Jaws 2018. I have auto forms mode turned off and it is set to manual. The escape key would not do anything to allow me to read the page. You have to tab your self silly! And when you press on the very verbosely labelled button for add, a window popps up with the picture of the item. You have to get that closed to move on. Don’t hit alt f4 because it closes the browser. Has anyone used this with success? I was getting so frustrated I asked for help to finish. Is it just me or is that site built badlly? Is there a trick? I thought this might be a really nice and convenient thing but if it is that hard to do, no way!! I tried it on the iphone with the app and it was also horrible. Thanks Shannon

Re: getting to bookmarks in Firefox
Gudrun Brunot
Hi: I understand. With IE, I can actually hit my keystroke from anywhere, not just from Internet Explorer itself, and instantly be in my favorites structure. So, for example, I'm browsing a cooking store website, and I find an item I want to consider, think about, get back to later. I hit alt-a and save it in the default directory, favorites. I go on, get more items, then, I go to another similar website, do the same thing. I finish up by just hitting my hotkey that I created, I'm there, and I start moving the items into directories that correspond to the particular website, or to gifts 2017, or whatever I have set up. The I have the impression that, with Firefox, you have to go into Firefox and go to the bookmarks and arrange them. You can't just do them with just the Windows file browser as I'm doing with Explorer. Am I wrong?
