Hi Inamuddin!

I use the NVDA screen reader with the mail app, and it works great!

It is really easy to use NVDA along with JAWS.

I use NVDA for what JAWS does not work with, which is a lot LOL!

www.nvaccess.org

You can download NVDA from there, and it is totally free, and can access a lot, and is a full functional screen reader!

Respected David and others, As I said that I’m using windows 10 fall creater’s update with JAWS 2018 december update, I’m having a very disturbing issue.

As I type any thing in windows 10 mail app and want to read what I type, JAWS simply mute.

I wrote this to freedomscientific too.

They said that this is a known issue and they are working on it as urgent bases, but nothing they did since December 18 when I contacted them.

Does any one of you have any remedy?

I sincerely hope that I will be replied promptly!

Good for you for investing in BitCoin.  I did not know how to do it but researched public stock companies to possibly get into this investment.

You can check an ETF ticker symbol is GBTC to determine the direction.

I will look on CoinBase.

No, I did not try different wallets. I just assumed that none is accessible because I was told that and also someone, can at remember who, sent me a message to that effect…apparently, there is someone out there who is trying to develop an accessible wallet, but has not gotten it done yet. And no, I have not done anything with  Bit Coin Cash.  I did  invest  some dough  at the beginning of December and am still ahead of the game.  It varies  considerably day to day and I check it frequently to see if I am about to lose my hard earned dollars or not and so far, I am still in the “black” as it were…wish I had bought a year ago…that is for sure.   I plan to just hang in there and see what happens. It is fun to check the prices and  calculate how much money I will have profited if I were to sell.

Re: Bit Coin

Gaylen Kapperman

I have bought Bit Coin, ethereum and some Lite Coin, but needed the assistance of a sighted person. The wallet is not yet accessible. But I can keep track of the prices by going to

https://www.coinbase.com/charts?locale=en-US

That portion of the Coin Base site is very accessible!

Dear all,

Has anyone edited PDFs using Jaws?

I am trying to edit PDFs with Acrobat Pro DC using Jaws 16 and it does
not work. Acrobat Pro DC has functionality to edit PDFs.

Please let me know if anyone has had better luck doing so. Even
better, if they tell me how to do it or point to some useful resources.

Thanks

Have you called Freedom Scientific yet?

I have no experience with that software, but it could be that a newer version of Jaws could do it, but only FS knows.

Will do!  I’m hoping I can find a solution to this.  Creating an form in Word is fine, but none of the fields transfer over when I save it to a PDF file.
