Yea, I noticed that too. None of my groups show up on the mobile site; just suggested groups.
I'm taking three courses using Facebook, and cannot find anything I need anymore. Yesterday morning, it worked fine. Now it's a total mess. How can we report this to Facebook?

A lot of blind people use the mobile site, but there aren't a lot of blind people to begin with.  It would be nice if the mobile site was complete and working, but considering how many people are using fb on the desktop site or via an app, don't get your hopes up.

Hello,

     I’m trying to see what rules I’ve created in Outlook 2016. However, when I go to the “Manage rules and alerts” dialogue within the rules submenu, I get something like this message. “the operation failed because of a registry or installation problem.” JAWS also tells me to restart outlook and try again. I’ve done that many times/still can’t see my rules I’ve created. Funnily enough, I can’t move any messages to specific folders using the rules submenu either. I don’t want to have to reinstall outlook—that’s what the message also says if problem isn’t fixed. I don’t know the exact date this started happening, but I find it weird all of a sudden. As of last week, though everything was working fine/sure don’t want to do a system restore/mess with registry stuff. Any help?

What's the exact model number?  If you go to the support page for that machine and download the Owner's Manual (or whatever they call it) it should note whether media keys/smart keys are enabled by default or not.

I don't know exactly when, or on which model(s), this feature made its debut.  You could definitely get your parents to do the BIOS tweak if it is present and enabled.

I think the issue is a lot more recent than that.  You could always just turn on narrator and try it.

I get the same problem both with JFW and with NVDA, so I’m assuming the problem is site-related. I will ask my husband, who is sighted, to take a look later.

searching the quick settings for the word capture, nothing is found. if
I search for screen, Screen Echo comes up as the only setting found. is
that the setting you are referring to, Screen Echo?

capture” option in the JAWS settings? If this doesn’t help, the next
step would be to contact Microsoft’s accessibility support and ask them
to analyze the minidump files that are created when the system crashes.
If I remember correctly, they’re in c:\windows\minidump

I’m having an issue with JAWS enabled whilst running some mapping
software. Every time I try to zoom in to the map, I get a blue screen of
death.
I am on Windows 10 update 1803 (OS Build 17134.345).
I have updated all my display drivers and have gotten the newest update
of JAWS given to me (Version 2012.1811.2 ILM) and it still seems to
occur no matter what.

I am using Intel HD Graphics 4600 display driver.

When I remove JAWS completely from my system, this BSOD does not occur
anymore.

I have found users of other applications experiencing the same thing
(https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/654578/bsod-triggered-exclusively-by-faststone-image-viewer/)

I am wondering if this has been reported before here and if not what
possible workarounds there might be?
