This is way more than can be discussed with ease in an online forum.  But, yes, it can be done and the easiest way to do it is using a Microsoft Word Document Template with form fields which you protect after having created it such that the only alteration allowed is the filling in of those fields.

I find the legacy version of the form fields to be easier to work with and easier from an accessibility standpoint than the modern Active X versions, and unless they've been removed very, very recently, which is unlikely, they should still be available under Office 365.

I have several examples of such forms employing both text edit boxes and checkboxes that I'm happy to share with anyone who wants something to play with to see how they are put together.

It's very difficult to discuss this step-by-step in the abstract because there are a lot of steps, and skipping any one of them can give odd results, but it's not difficult.

Here are the steps again which have been posted by a couple people.  Note, the “address omnibox” is in the same place as the old Address Bar.  If you are not at it, press alt+d.

1. From Edge 79, go to address omnibox and type “edge://flags” (without quotes and EXACTLY AS SHOWN).

2. From experiments edit field, type “UI Automation” and press Tab.

3. From Native UI Automation combo box, choose “disabled” and restart Edge if prompted.

There's also braille Music Editor 2 which does a good job with Musicxml files.

It is by Dancing Dots.  They offer payment plans, etc.

I work with someone who teaches braille music and uses this software and loves it.

Hi all, I don’t know if y'all have been experianced this problem before that the camera on your laptop stop with no reason. I recently purchased a new laptop and today when I turn it on, And when I’m doing a recording on zoom with video, it says that it can’t connect to the camera. I called Microsoft through BME (Be My Eyes) and they can’t figure out the issue either. I’m sending this email just want to ask whether y'all has been experienced this issue before if so how did you resolved it
PS Microsoft’s disability answer desk threw Be My Eyes says that’s a hardware issue instead of the issue from the software.
