hello Brian, Thanks for your message. i am actually a kind of confuse. what exactly I am wanting to move that main@groups.io mails to another folder called "JFW list" which I've already created under inbox in my Thunder Bird client. now, I don't know what filter settings I need to select from the filter dialog box which helps in getting all incoming emails from that id into that newly created folder.

Not all combo boxes are created equal, I have come across some where Alt + Down Arrow worked, others required me to press enter and yet others close every time you arrow up or down and you have to open them again, arrow once more and keep repeating this. And of course there are those where it simply won’t work, as I said, sometimes in those cases turning off the virtual cursor may do the trick.

When on that one right arrow to open and down arrow to the second choice there are only 2 and right arrow and down arrow once to all there is only 2 choices there also and hit enter

Prior to installing the latest Jaws 64 bit update a few days ago, Jaws would read the row position in a web based table as I arrowed up the column but since the update, Jaws no longer gives this information.
Can someone inform me which settings need to be changed so once more Jaws can give this info?

When in the field like month and it is highlighted you need to do control alt down arrow to open the drop down and then arrow to the one you wish and hit enter.

I even went back to the month, tried arrowing down the number of months to the expiration month and hit the Enter key, but nothing happened. The same was true with the year. The expiration is five years from now. I got down to the “Year,” form, and when Forms Mode came on I arrowed down five times and hit the Enter key, but nothing happened. In the end, I had to place the order by telephone. This is not the first time I have run across this type of problem with JAWS, and I’m just wondering what any of you do when you come across it.

Then arrow to combo box to see if it will read the month that you have selected to see if it is correct.
Have no idea if it will work, but maybe worth a try.

First of all which browser were you using? One thing which often works when you come across something like this is to turn the virtual cursor off, you may have to tab a bunch to get to the correct combo box, but they often work when not in virtual cursor mode. When I have to submit sales taxes and such for my business it is done online and the first step is to select the bank account from which I want to pay and the only way to do this currently with Jaws is to turn off the virtual cursor, tab until I get to this combo box and then I can down arrow no problem and select an account.
